I’ve been playing Final Fantasy XIV for the past couple of months and I’m obsessed. Especially with the fashion! This post coincides with my YouTube video of the same name.
Here’s a little breakdown of the four different looks that I cover in my YouTube video Glamours for Gathering.
Look #1
The first look is super casual but also incredibly cute, ideal for when you’re out in temperate weather gathering ore and other materials.
Top: Adventurer’s Hooded Vest
Legs: Cotton Tights
Feet: Hraesvelgr Boots

The Adventurer’s Hooded Vest and Cotton Tights are really easy to get hold of. You can pick them up on the marketboard for decent prices (at least on my datacenter you can!).
The Hraesvelgr Boots might be a little trickier to come by: once you get to The Firmament, you need to take part in the Kupo of Fortune mini-game.
Look #2
This is one of my favourite looks for gathering in colder climates, such as Coerthas Central Highlands. Who said you couldn’t be cold AND cute?
Top: Raincoat
Legs: Cotton Tights
Feet: Scion Adventurer’s Boots

The nice thing with this look is that it’s super easy to acquire! You can purchase all pieces on the marketboard, and in my experience, none of them are particularly pricey. This look is great if you’re on a tight budget.
Look #3
This is one of my favourite looks for gathering in colder climates, such as Coerthas Central Highlands. Who said you couldn’t be cold AND cute?
Top: Anemos Suspenders
Legs: Scion Adventurer’s Bottoms
Feet: Scion Adventurer’s Boots

I also added the Blackblossom Dress Gloves to this one, which is part of a store-bought set (the only store-bought item in this collection). You can use any gloves for your hands though! The look works great with many different styles.
Look #4
I think out of all of these looks, this one probably works best when you’re mining. It has a more padded, fortified vibe, ideal for when smashing rocks.
Top: Anemos Jacket
Legs: Heavensturn Haidate
Feet: Scion Adventurer’s Boots

Each piece is available on the marketboard.
F-F-Fashion!
Many of the items in this collection can also be crafted if you have a high level Disciple of the Hand. Or if you have a friend that is high level in Weaver, Leatherworker, etc, and they wouldn’t mind crafting you a couple of bits.
C-C-Colour!
Also worth nothing is that all of the tops, legs and feet are dyeable, so you can really make a look your own!
Stay tuned to my YouTube channel for more FFXIV glamour showcases. I have some lovely sets lined up and I can’t wait to share them with you.
Bye for now!
